Let me start this off by saying if you're not big into cooking - this is a must have! I'm not a very good chef, unless it can be microwaved my husband pretty much does all the cooking. However we recently had our stove break, and had to rely solely on microwavable foods until the landlord finally replaced it. I only wish I had this thing back then! It is so easy to use and makes great tasting rice. I typically just get the dollar packets to make for one meal anyway, and hate the hassle of having to actually cook it and use up a pot and a burner. It's very lightweight and easy to clean, too. This would be perfect for those who typically travel or live in an rv!
